Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake
Yes, this is real. A yumbo, delicious, shake you can have while watching your shape. It's full of protein too! Make it this weekend after you go on a three mile power walk. Enjoy!
3/4 cup ice
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 medium banana
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 100 calorie scoop plain whey or brown rice protein powder
1 tablespoon all natural, organic, smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons Trader Joe's organic Midnight Moo chocolate syrup
Toss it all in the blender and blend on smoothie. This makes two shakes.
