Pumpkin Protein Shake

I love fall! It's a great time to add new flavors to your menu. Of course the most popular flavor at this time of year is pumpkin. Try this delicious, festive, shake for breakfast or post workout any day of the week.
Pumpkin Protein Shake
1 cup ice 1/4 cup, plus one tablespoon organic pumpkin puree 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk 1 100 calorie scoop plain protein powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 shakes pumpkin pie spice
Blend. Add a touch more almond milk if needed. Drink the whole shake.
240 calories, 25 grams of protein.
