Follow My 4 W's For A Fit 2017
Instead of trying to lose weight in 2017, follow my four W's; nothing white, wogging, weights, and water. By nothing white I'm talking about starchy carbs such as rice, pasta, and flour and the other culprit, sugar.
Wogging is a combo of walking and jogging, which I find myself doing often when I say I am going for a run! Pick up your pace and get out there. When you move a little faster, you'll cover more ground and burn more calories.
One thing I will never, ever give up is doing weights. Weight training sculpts your body into beautiful shapes, increases your metabolism by adding lean muscle tissue, and makes your bones stronger preventing osteoporosis.
Last, water, make it your drink of choice, shoot for 1/2 your body weight in ounces every day. For example a 130 lb person should drink 65 ounces of water each day. Water flushes toxins from the body, aids in digestion, alleviates soreness, hydrates you and makes you look younger! Keep the four W's in mind every day for a fit new year!
